Avenue House has six double en suite bedrooms, over two floors. All our rooms
are decorated in a quirky and modern decor.
A delicious home cooked breakfast is served in our downstairs breakfast room.

Tannery House

Tannery House has three en suite ground floor rooms. Two cosy doubles and one superior room with king sized bed (available as a twin on request).
Breakfast is served just a few steps away at Avenue House.

Character Holiday Cottages

Bakewell Barn and Carriage House Cottage are two neighbouring cottages, within easy reach of the town centre. Both are full of character and original features. Our cottages are dog friendly, making them the perfect place for a holiday with your pooch

Group Bokings

Avenue House is the perfect venue for friends and family to get together. Sleeping up to 12 over 6 ensuite bedrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone. We can also offer fully catered short breaks for groups wanting to explore the Peak District, but without the cooking.
